It is called "enrage" HK, all world bosses have it. When you fight one for too long it can one shot even a tank in full rakata. As for soloing them, heres a video of marauder vs Rogue Cartel Warbot on Quesh (level 38 world boss): Not me ofc, im doing world bosses with my guild.

The missing council cutscene suggests that you may have hit another bug, entirely not related with the sex reassignment you've attempted. If you fought the handmaidens *after* you spoke to Atris, your companions were forcibly removed from the party and placed next to the training mat to act as bystanders. After the fight they'll just sit there and you can't interact with them. I'm not aware of any solution to this problem, short of reloading an earlier save. I've experienced this both in vanilla and with TSLRCM 1.7 installed. So, make sure you have your companions with you when you board the Ebon Hawk and correct the above glitch if necessary. IIRC, the Ebon Hawk was the vector of the Sith attack against the Harbinger. The cruiser received a distress signal which claimed that the freighter was attacked by a Sith warship. When the Republic crew picked up the Ebon Hawk, they found no one alive on board, only T3-M4 and the body of a seemingly dead Darth Sion. Do you still remember every toaster you have ever used? As for the ship, i can't recall him saying that he didn't remember it.

Judging from the cutscene when the Sith forces attack Telos, Nihilus had a whole armada escorting the Ravager. Probably she commandeered one of these ships.

Nar Shadaa first. In every playthrough i've ever had (either modded or vanilla) i had game breaking problems there and had to revert to an earlier save or even start from scratch. So, call me superstitious, but i'm going there first just to be sure that it's all right and than i'm doing the rest in random order.
