I'm getting an error with kotor tool that is driving me a little crazy. Whenever I try to edit UTI files (extracted or otherwise), I will eventually begin getting this error. It would appear that kotor tool is not releasing its handle on templates.bif. Anyone else getting this error? Anyone have an idea how to fix it? Really slowing me down in a big way.
