    Looking around, it seems like feats don't have a predefined file where they're all stored, as force powers do, am I correct? Is it possible to change the values of feats, such as Toughness? I was trying to rebalance the game my own way for practice and stuff, and there'd be no point to changing a lot of the values if you can't change feat values... Any help? or am I just screwed out of doing this?
