Interesting, I did a little searching and found a blog post by Chris Avellone, the lead designer of KotOR 2, who outlined Bao-Dur's fate in more detail (look under Game Questions #2): "Bao-Dur - we didn't have time to finish his thread, but if I recall (it's been a while), he was supposed to die on the attack on Telos to help HK-47 get to the HK-50 factory and shut it down to save the planet." I doubt this helps any, but there you go. Interestingly, that would have to mean that Bao-Dur lives if you don't find the HK Factory, but Telos would die to the HK-50s, I... don't think there's anything in the game files to support an HK-50 apocalypse for Telos, though. Maybe in some future version you'll be able to resolve Bao-Dur's fate, even if it's just in a quick and dirty way. It's just odd that a main character flat-out vanishes during the finale, but I realize that's not your guys' fault. Oh well.

I see. May I ask why?

This has probably been asked before, but what does TSLRCM do - or intend to do - about Bao-Dur's absence from the endgame just before and during Malachor V? His voice-over is heard on the Ebon Hawk, but we don't see him bodily, and he never appears during the events of Malachor. During the attack on Telos, Grenn notes his absence, but nothing ever comes of it. I'm aware that Bao-Dur was at one point in development slated to die, and the final release on the Xbox reflected that with him being gone with no explanation. But with TSLRCM neatly resolving the fate of your companions (Mandalore leads them to safety, but Bao-Dur's not with them), I'm curious what the mod's intentions are regarding Bao-Dur's fate. While I'm at it, one Malachor cutscene shows the Ebon Hawk falling into oblivion, and then a much later cutscene shows it flying out of that same green void. Is the implication that Bao-Dur was aboard and he fixed it? Or was it T3? Even with TSLRCM installed, there's still a few things I'm confused about.

There's a mod from the old FileFront days, Remote Unlimited, that allowed you to equip Remote with weapons and armor during his solo quest to activate all the Republic ships on Malachor V. It was great if there was a Storm Beast you'd forgotten, as Remote was otherwise defenseless. However, the mod does this by editing Appearance.2da, which I know is a big compatibility red flag for TSLRCM in certain cases. So, does anyone know if Remote Unlimited is compatible with TSLRCM or not? Or does TSLRCM already account for Remote's defenselessness in some other way?

Uh, I'm not using the M4-78 mod; just TSLRCM.

1) When did the problem begin to occur? It's been present since I started the game, as far as I'm aware. 2) Did you install the latest version of the mod? Yes, 1.8.5. 3) What version of the game do you have? (Steam, 4CD, KotOR Collection?) What region is the game designed for if it's the 4 CD version? Steam. 4) Did you update your game as required by your game's region? Steam auto-updates everything necessary, I believe. 5) Did you install this over the previous version(s), or did you perform a fresh installation as required by the TSLRCM's read-me file? Completely fresh installation. 8) What other mods did you have installed? Please give an accurate list and provide links to each of these mods - even if they are found on this site. (We don't actually know them all!.) Most are from this list: https://www.reddit.com/r/kotor/comments/4yo3fd/kotor_1_and_2_mod_builds_guaranteed_compatibility/d6p72vn/?st=iyopooha&sh=4738b53b Fixed Mandalorian Banners TSL Head Model Fixes New Holocron Textures Darth Malak's Armor More Vibrant Skies Improved Peragus Asteroids Realistic Nar Shadda Skybox Kinrath Egg Bash Crystal Drop Fix Prestige Class Saving Throw Fixes Movement Animation Fix Extended Enclave TSLRCM Tweak Pack Extended Korriban Arrival Workbench Crystal Attunement (later uninstalled( Kreia's Fall HD Cutscene Sion's Arrival at Peragus Visas Voiceover Tweak Peragus Sith Troops to Sith Assassins Handmaiden - Fit and Athletic Prologue Sensor Droids Fix Realistic Visual Effects And a few that I had archived from the old Kotor Files days (can't provide a link, obviously): Coruscant Skybox High Resolution Textures Dialogue Tile Fix (texture files that remove the line under capital Ns in the game) Ebon Hawk HD textures by Darth_Shan Better Male Bodies Hide Weapons In Animations (later uninstalled) Invisible Headgear by Shem 9) Can you be more specific about the error? At what point did it happen? Whenever Influence is gained or lost, the game makes absolutely no notification of it. However, the influence change is still applied - I just have to check in the save editor to find out if it stuck or if it changed. No icon appears, nothing in the status summary box, and no message in the Feedback option of the message log in the journal. It's as if the changes are completely invisible. As I said, this has been happening since the game started. I've never seen any influence change be notified by anything during the duration of this save so far. Oh, and it does still play a note if an influence change is the only thing that happened, there's just no icon or message. 10) Have you tried re-downloading the mod? As far as re-downloading and reinstalling? No. 11) Have you tried using a different save game? The only different saves I have are from this current installation. I have tried loading old saves but, just as it was when they were first made, the problem persists. 12) Have you tried starting a new game? No. 13) What Operating System do you use? (List Virtual Machines as well if you are using them.) Windows 7 64-bit.

Much obliged. Keep up the great work.

This might belong in Site Feedback, but since this is a problem I'm having ONLY with TSLRCM 1.8.5 and no other mods on the site, I figured I'd post it here. Like the title states, I can't view or download TSLRCM 1.8.5. Specifically, it gives me an Error page that says, "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" and further down, "We could not find the file specified". Again, this affects ONLY TSLRCM 1.8.5 - every other mod I've tried can be downloaded just fine. I've tried clearing my cookies, clearing my cache, restarting my browser (I've even tried in both Firefox and Chrome), restarting my computer, and trying it both logged in and logged out. Nothing works. Again, this is particularly strange because it's just TSLRCM that's affected. Any help would be appreciated.
