It's been a while since I messed around with this project, but iirc it shouldn't be an issue to include both. Fun fact, the custom Jedi robe for Mission, is actually a happy accident that I ended up loving.
In reality, it's a mixture of the Redhawk tunic you're refering to, and another jedi robe, that was conflicting with each other, that ended up creating the jedi robe for Mission that you saw in the clip.

I'm *pretty* sure I figured out how to make it into a single file, when I was last messing around with it. I'll be sure to have a look at it , now that you've requested to be able to use both :)

Thanks for this message. Messages like these greatly helps with fanning the flames of motivation for the project. I've finally gotten access to high quality voice cloning again, so I'm 100% finishing up this mod at some point before that expires (which is in around 10 months or so). :)

As they say good things come to those who wait. I am quite excited for this. Good luck.

It's currently in modding limbo. I sorted out *most* stuff, but then I lost motivation to finish it up.

I still have all the files and so on intact, but I probably won't finish up the mod, until I randomly feel like replaying Kotor again, or suddenly get the passion to finish up the mod.
ElevenLabs changing their policies on voice cloning, so only paid users have access to it, also means I've lost access to the voice that I created of Mission and her cousin (thankfully I think I have enough voice lines already, to get a decent version of the mod out there).

When I return I'll probably just limit my ambitions, and try and get a working version out so as to just have it out there, if anyone feels like playing it.

I'm expecting the final version of the mod, to be limited to Dantoine interactions, and a bit of additional global dialogue, and including robe and such. It'll also retain the ability to push Mission towards being lige or dark side, but it'll mostly be a relatively superficial decision, compared to what was initially envisioned.

That's unfortunate, but I hope the full version of the mod comes out one day. Because I really, really want this. We dark side players don't get shit.

I wish you the best of luck.

Yes, replacing the exe with HoloPatcher will prevent the issue happening.

I haven't tried the HoloPatcher with everything yet, but I have tested it with some and during my testing I discovered not all mods install correctly with the latest version of the HoloPatcher and end up borking my install (Backwards compatibility my eyelids), but I'm positive the last thing you and the Wizard want is me making a long ass list of mods that don't work out the box with it, so for now I'll stick with the last Community Patch version of the TSLPatcher for certain mods :)

Found this same issue with KSR 2022. Interestingly, I don't remember this glitch last time I used it. I installed KSR early in my mod installation the first time and I later did it towards the end. Looks like you need to install it towards the beginning. Wonder if there's a peremanent fix for this that doesn't require copying and substituting files every time you get to this part of the game.

It's always the murdered settler quest that gets broken. As far as I know it isn't a mod bug, it's a bug caused by an outdated/buggy version of TSLPatcher.

Hey. I have Scaling set to 125%. Is there a way to set Scaling per game, like set it to 100% for Kotor 1, but 125% for everything else?

Edit: My laptop's primary graphics uses Nvidia. In the Nvidia Control Panel, I saw an option for Scaling, but not sure what to set it to.

AFAIK, no but I could be wrong. Whenever you play KotOR make sure it's 100% or it won't look right.

    Native resolution is 2560*1440.

Is your Scaling set to 100%? If it's set to anything else, that's why. You can check this by rick clicking on desktop and clicking Display Options. Under Scale and Layout the Scaling should be 100% and under Advanced Scaling Settings make sure nothing is set except for the "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry"

What kind of content do you want to see that achieves your idea of building an actual romance with Handmaiden throughout the game? More romance dialogue? More romance cutscenes?

I mean, given that the only romance content the Mira Romance Mod actually has is one kissing scene, and it's not like Visas has any romance dialogue or content before that post-Rebuilt Jedi Enclave romance scene either, aside from maybe the Handmaiden vs. Visas rivalry cutscenes, I wonder what romance content do you want to see for Handmaiden, if the additional dialogue from the Love Between Brianna and the Exile mod isn't good enough for you.

This is something I've thought about a lot myself, and even a little more than a bunch of basic dialogue at the end of the game would be great. Basically you hit the points that I'd like to see: additional romance dialogue (voiced) and more romance cutscenes.

  8. This process is relatively easily and I've doing it for years. However, what you mentioned is only part of the process.

    I recommend this procedure:

    Widescreen Patch
The Steam Version of KotOR is encrypted and will not work properly with the Widescreen Patcher without a crack. Use this one and replace in your game folder:

    https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1320-kotor-editable-executable

Apply the Universal Widescreen patch via the link below:
    https://www.wsgf.org/article/universal-widescreen-uniws-patcher
    Widescreen Patch - Install Steps
    1. Run the Utility
    2. Choose your game installation folder (not the override)
    3. From the drop down menu, select Star Wars: KotOR (1024x768) and write in the boxes your resolution, then click Patch!

Run swconfig.exe: set the resolution to the highest, refresh rate to 60 (or higher if you have that option), Texture pack to high, make sure none of the check-boxes are checked except hardware mouse and V-Sync and finally click apply.

Next, you need to edit your swkotor.ini. Scroll down to [Graphics Options] and change the width and height to match your monitor resolution. Ex: Width=2560 and Height=1440.

    High Resolution Menus
    https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1159-kotor-high-resolution-menus
    Installation
    1. Copy the gui files from one of the ratio folders that match your monitor resolution and drop all 81 items into your override folder.
    2. Copy hires_patcher.bat, hires_patcher.exe, and hires_patcher.pl to your game directory folder (the one with the exe, not the override) and run hires_patcher.bat
    3. Follow the instructions to patch your swkotor executable (As follows without parenthesis: Width, Height, No, swkotor.exe, and then your done)

    HD UI Menu Pack
    https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1226-hd-ui-menu-pack

NOTE: This was taken from my KotOR Modding Guide on Steam, tweaked to only include the 3 major things: Widescreen Patch, High Resolution Menus, and the HD UI Menu Pack.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!

i can safely say that the reworked areas / textures for this newest overhaul will be unlike anything i did before. The heightmaps have a ton more detail, the shine is directly linked to the texture noise itself , thus way more natural and overall the tex designs are much more linked to the movies than games for more realism.

This, and the splitting of planets into different areas visually makes it a very large project.

    Current status for K2:

Harbinger tex = done, but K2 has a nasty bug with a low res overlay that needs to be solved.

Beta: Peragus, Korriban, Dantooine, Ravager (only minor tweaks)

Alpha: Telos, Onderon, Nar Shaddaa, Goto  (still some work ahead, but nothing major)

To be done: Ebon Hawk, Malachor, Dxun, M4-78 (major work to do)

The fact that you're still working on this all these years later shows some serious commitment and a dedicated work ethic. Can't wait for the 2030 release!

An issue like that is typically caused by the model having an MDL file from one source and an MDX file from another.

I would suggest deleting any lightsaber models from mods that you're using until you figure out which one it is, then copy the model files manually or consider reinstalling it.

Thank you so much for this, I just got rid of all the lightsaber mods/models/files from my override as they were likely a mess of mods I've copied/overwritten over time and I'll just do over with Qui-Don Jorn's Saber Pack and Saber colors animated. I don't really know why I didn't consider the lightsabers as the issue in the first place, ugh. Jokes on me I guess.

  11. Hope this is the right area to post this. Anyway, I'm usually pretty good at fixing these issues myself as it's not hard to figure out where I went wrong with modding, but in the case of the Dark Jedi I'm completely stumped.

I believe this to be a model bug, yet I have no model files in my override (at least that I know of) that affect them, and I have no other mods directly affecting them either. Any idea where I went wrong and how can I fix this broken mess?

Also, When I reach them I can defeat them without the game crashing, but apparently if I save right before the fight the game will not load the save and ctd instantly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My mod build is otherwise great, it's just this one outstanding bug.

Edit: It might actually be one of their lightsabers, as once I killed them, the bug went away (as seen in screenshot #2).

    No, it's Dxun.

    It's done when it's done.

But to give a slightly more helpful answer: Yes, I'm waiting until all skyboxes are done before I release them. But as you can see from this thread, I am getting very close to this goal.

I figured as much, thank you for the clarification.
