This mod, including the Ultimate Sound mod, do not work anymore. It crashed the game as soon as you load a save game, or start a new game. I think it's because of the new update that came out for Kotor 2 a couple of months ago i think? the game no longer uses baseitems.2da and I think that's what messes it up. I dont know if it works or not for kotor1, but it definitely does not work for TSL. Which saddens me, because I used to LOVE this mod. Just wanted to let the mod creator know it doesnt work anymore.
