I did talk with Grenn about the fuel problem and I haven't proposed voggas shipment to him, so the quest is still active. Is it possible that somewhere on M4-78 someone says something like "oh wow, so much unused fuel here on the planet, what shall we do with it?" to which I can reply?

It's a retail version, not steam. TSLRCM 1.8.4 and M4-78EP 1.2

Hey everybody, I just finished M4-78, however there was no dialogue option about fuel for Telos when talking to M4-78. I assume I have to talk about fuel with someone else on the colony first (similar to the kolto thing), but I couldn't figure out which one... Thank you for any hints!
