Female Republic Soldier Recolour

Did a quick recolour of the female Republic Soldier to have the colour palette match the Stunt_Crowd02 female soldier sprites shown in the ending cutscene.

Went with a bit of a paler blue compared to the reference though, as I thought it looked a little bit nicer.

Uses JC's Republic Soldier Fix.
