monster(not enemy) respawn mod?

Just wondering if there are any mods out there for monsters to respawn in TSL? it's strange that as you roam the jungles of dxun or the khoonda plains that all life is wiped out. I don't think it would make much sense if enemies such as sith assassins were always popping up, but the occasional cannock or whatever were to come back...plus it would then be possible to level grind. Is there anything out there like that?
