Unarmed finesse mod (also, dex to damage?)

I'm curious if any mods exist that add unarmed finesse (i.e. using dex for attack bonus with unarmed combat, which really should exist in game). In addition, do any mods exist that allow you to apply dex to damage? It's really disappointing going back to KOTOR 2 and seeing how gutted the system is, and how melee almost entirely relies upon strength, and greatly limits your viable build options.

I really have no idea how to mod the game myself, but if nothing along these lines exists, and someone knows how to go about these changes, I'd be willing to try to learn. Let me know!
