KOTOR 2 Restored Content Mod: Peragus Harbinger Glitch

Alrighty, so I went and downloaded the Deadlystream version of the Restored Content Mod, after uninstalling then reinstalling Kotor 2 from Steam while previously also unsubbing from the mods on the workshop. I got help from Darth Varkour on the installing of it, however; When I go to play; Everything is fine until I get to where Atton is. He talks as usual, then i get a loading screen and see Sion. 
I am then teleported inside the Harbinger and try as I might I can no longer progress through the story.

I have since redownloaded the Steam Version, to where this NEVER happened before.

However, because I am looking to eventually get more mods(maybe a graphics upgrade or hell, Kotor 3 Jedi Masters), I really wanna figure this out.

I had the same glitch and managed to fix it by playing a little, coming back to Peragus. I was still in the space suit
