Dueling Feats

Hi, I was wondering if anybody is able to make a mod that would give an extra attack per round while wielding a single saber at the end of the dueling tree? To help balance it against dual wielding and not feel gimped in comparison. Or maybe through an armband that adds an extra attack or making juyo form give 2 attacks per round?
