TSL cut content for Xbox?

Hey guys. I'm new to the forums and I was wondering if it would be possible to restore the cut content for Kotor 2 on the Xbox. Saw this (http://www.mademan.com/mm/can-you-get-your-lightsaber-back-kotor-2-xbox.html ) and was wondering if it was even possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
