Kotor from my point of view

Hello. I am modding Kotor in my own liking. Since lucasforum does not work, I cant seem to find info for some modding tutorials. If someone can help me with info on a few thing, it would be amazing.

Here is a few things I would like to do:

1.Want to change Scoundrel class name and description to Officer. I found the name change in dialog.tlk, but can't seem to find the where to change the description in character creation class select screen. Found in classes.2da that description 1310 from diealog.tlk is not the lines I want to change.

2.I am removing implant feats, and want implants to not require the feat.

3.Need to remove character level and class requirement for sneak attack, but leave requirement of previous rank.

4.I need to change the model and skin of a weapon. For example change form Long sword to Vibrosword.

I know that some things are hard coded to the game, but maybe at this point, someone knows how to change some equations, like soldiers 1 + [INT/2]???
