With KSE, its very intuitive in fact, i think its a global NUMERAL something like 003_ebo_pclightsaber, the value is probably related with the number in the lightsaber files, 1 is for blue, 2 red, 3 green, 4 yellow, 5 purple, and so on... don't remember the other ones.
