I just realized i never patched top 1.0b...

Is this bad? I have done 1 playthrough and it did not seem to be a problem..although on this next playthrough I am getting more hang ups inbetween loading zones....could this be the problem? I think that was a vanilla issue...

Hangups are a vanilla issue,thanks to the aurora game engine. the only real reason for updating to 1.0b is because it does fix a lot of things (broke a couple also,don't worry we fixed them) but these are fixes that aren't a part of TSLRCM all our work was based off 1.0b being in place(less work we had to do :) )

So the answer is ,no it won't hurt anything but you could run into bugs occasionally.

* Corrects a text/voice mismatch in Kreia's dialogue on Malachor

* Corrects a scripting issue with Batano quest on Telos (light side)

* Corrects a scripting issue with Devaronian conversation on Telos

* Updates a journal entry for "A Hidden Power" quest on Korriban

* Updates a journal entry for the "Fuel Sabotage" bonus mission

on Telos

* Master Vash’s corpse will now yield a lightsaber if you have a

lightsaber when you kill him on Korriban (dark side)

* Khoonda Gun Turrets will no longer appear if you destroy them

on Dantooine (dark side)

* Reduced the repetition of party members' voice lines when

opening doors and containers

problem is it wont patch with the mod installed stops at 40% and says there is already an existing file haha guess ill just finish this playthrough..

Yeah at this point I wouldn't worry about it,if you ever re-do a fresh install I would add it then.
