Lt.Grenn is missing during cutscene

I just arrived on Telos (first time) from the Ebon Hawk, after the explosion of Peragus and when Atton implicates that the TSF is approaching to arrest the crew, he is not there nor are his two men. Thus I am stuck at a hangar at Citadel Station. Any advice before starting over? BTW I am using TSLRCM 1.7

 

update: never mind, solved my problem I had to delete 201bay.dlg could a mod delete this thread.
