Load Fail on Nar Shaddaa

Hello friendly forum people,

 

I'm having a huge issue causing a headache in TSL. Here are my answers to the appropriate questions:

1) When did the problem begin to occur?

During normal play yesterday. I have had no issues to speak of until this current issue.
2) Did you install the latest version of the mod?

Yes, I have the latest version with a clean install of TSL.
3) What version of the game do you have? (Steam, 4CD, KotOR Collection?) What region is the game designed for if it's the 4 CD version?

US 4 CD version, I believe the version is 2.0. I ran the the patcher and it had no updates.
4) Did you update your game as required by your game's region?

Yes.
5) Did you install this over the previous version(s), or did you perform a fresh installation as required by the TSLRCM's read-me file?

Fresh install.
6) Did you use the TSLPatcher, if provided?

Yes.
7) Were there any errors in the TSLPatcher installation?

No
8) What other mods have you installed? Please give an accurate list and provide links to each of these mods - even if they are found on this site. (We don't actually know them all!.)

None but the M4-78 content. I have the latest version of that.
9) Can you be more specific about the error? At what point did it happen?

I am in the base under the Jekk Jekk Tar. I have been given control of Mira to open the ventilation door for the Exile to enter the base. Once I take control of the Exile, I go to confront Visquis in the dueling room, the game cuts to Mira saying she should escape before she's executed, there are some "visions" of Visquis in the room, and then a loading screen that stops right at the end and the game stops responding and shuts down. Every, single, time. No matter what I do.
10) Have you tried re-downloading the mod?

Yes.
11) Have you tried using a different save game?

Yes.
12) Have you tried starting a new game?

I started a new game and then switched to the other character and saves, same problem. 
13) What Operating System do you use? (List Virtual Machines as well if you are using them.)

Windows 7 64-bit. I have tried running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode, same issue.
