Not specifically a bug but just something that could be fixed if you do patch again.

 

 

I have completely finished the planet, then went back and finished Rogue Employee.

 

Which unlocks Data Transfer quest, which can no longer be completed.

 

the quest should fail automatically shouldn't it?

 

 

Because Kaah is already dead.
