Can't get into storage room on Dantooine

I can't get into the storage room. In the whole enclave, when I self-destruct terminals, they don't blow up. The icon for the terminals are still there, but I can't interact with them anymore. I only care because of the storage room. Any help?

 

[Edit: Figures, I tried it again, and this time it worked. I set it for just 10 seconds, instead of 30, and actually watched it blow this time.]
