List of gfx and music mods

Firstly, thanks for all the hard work done for TSLRCM.

 

Is there a good list anywhere that lists all the graphics and music improvements for the game?

I've found the movies and music updates patch plus a few of the other high res texture packs but I'm hoping there is a good list somewhere for someone who is interested in just improving the look and sound of the game.
