    Are you using the KOTOR1 and 2 bundle? Since it apparently doesn't change the launcher (but does everything else)...

     

    Yeah, I'm using the Bundle. The launcher is in the Programs File though. It's weird.

     

    Is there an early in-game modification that will help me know if the mod is working?

    I downloaded and installed the most recent version of the mod, but when I booted up KOTOR 2, I didn't get the new launcher like I was supposed too. I load the vanilla version of the game. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm a huge KOTOR 2 fan, and am anxiously waiting for this mod to work. Thanks!
