Okay found it, its the 'Unescapable' field in the .are in the .rim - value needs to be set as 0 to allow party swapping. Thanks @CapitaineSpoque -

Hi, Just wondering if there's an easy way to make the party changable in certain parts of the game where it's usually locked, for example the refugee quad. Been looking for a while and can't figure out if its a script or something else in the module files. Any pointers would be appreciated, ty
