I just checked Atton in K2 and he also has a slight visible line when viewed at certain angles. I don't think my tweaking to the UV map can fix it without re-mapping the whole face. The edits are very simple so it's no trouble at all. Minor changes to Atton and Carth models attached. atton_v2+carth_v3.7z

Yep, I hid all the bone objects from view before I started editing the mesh since they got in the way. The geometry I created was added onto the mesh titled 'flap' since that area was where I was planning on adding new detail. It seems I just needed to assign it to the bone for it to become visible.

Thanks for the quick reply. The new geometry was being added to an existing part of the mesh so it was already numbered and checked. I played around a bit with some options and found a solution; I selected the new vertices and assigned them to the 'rthigh_g' vertex group. It's now showing up in-game.

If I edit the base geometry of imported K2 models in Blender (moving vertices or resizing objects), I can export them and see the changes in-game fine. But, if I add new geometry to the model, it does not show up in-game at all. How do I fix this? The floating box in the attached pic is invisible when I load it in-game.

I also had this problem with Atton and none of those fixes worked for me. I ended up editing Atton's head model and tweaking the UV map which fixed the black line down the middle. I'll attach a copy if you want to try it. Don't have KotOR 1 so I don't know if I have the same black line on Carth. If you can send me a copy of his head and texture I could apply the same fix I used on Atton. atton_head.7z
