I recently installed this game with the latest official steam patch and a few mods. Unfortunately loading screens have a small white line at the bottom of them, at least in 1080p. Pic related https://i.imgur.com/vBmAJnJ.jpg.
This may be something that is fixed in the restored content mod, but I don't want the restored content that comes with it, just the bug fixes.
I also noticed that swoop racing isn't full widescreen, and is letter boxed instead:

Is there anyway I can go about fixing these issues, without using the restored content mod?
Edit: I have now tested the restored content mod and it doesn't fix the white line issue. Loading screen mods also do not. Strangely playing the game in 1280x720 (1080p is my native resolution) removes the white line, but of course makes the game a lot lower res.
