  1. HI all, Very appreciative of all the effort and enthusiasm around this project. After doing TSLRCM for what I thought was the last time through KOTOR2, I decided to play through again so I could include M4-78. I would like to know if I can see a very bare skeleton of a walkthru somewhere so that I can be sure to find all the content in M4-78. Is there a list of quest names? Are there choices (Male/Female PC, LS/DS, sub-plots unlocked or not on Ebon Hawk or other planets, etc.) that can lock out content on M4-78? I'm more than happy to discover things organically as I adventure through M4-78 and go back and re-load as necessary (back to when I first land on M4-78) to find everything. However, I've played KOTOR2 to death and don't think I'll be starting another character or reloading several planets back to fix bad choices. So any general guidance would be very appreciated. Thanks!
  2. Thanks for the tip. The files are there. I also found the readme rtf for M4-78EP in the top folder a little while after I posted this which reassured me somewhat.
  3. Just wondering if there is way to confirm that I've successfully installed this mod. On the main screen it just mentions TSLRCM 1.8.4, but not M4-78 specifically. Is there anything else I can do to be sure this mod is in my game other than waiting until I get to the room on Korriban where you see Vash's body in the original game? I had thought to do Korriban first, and confirm Vash is no longer there, to waste as little gameplay as possible if something had gone wrong with the install, but some forum entries mentioned not being able to unlock all the new content unless you do Korriban last. Is that still the case with the latest version of the M4-78 mod? Any links to tips for getting the most out of the new M4-78 content would be very welcome, as well.
  4. As far as I can tell, I've passed all influence checks with him. Is your question regarding "I'm going to operate on your Behavior Core again"? It just says Dweeee-eeeee [Failure], not [influence Failure]. So you know, I'm using TSLRCM 1.8.3. I don't know if this might be related to any bugs that were fixed in 1.8.4. If so, is it possible to install 1.8.4 without starting my game/character all over again?
  5. Thanks for the helpful info. I thought I exercised all of Atton's dialog options at one time or another. What was the dialog option your referring to? Was it only available at a specific time? Also, I took the default Consular build which has Int of 12. But then I got the Ossus Keeper robe which has Int +4. Does that count? One odd thing I noticed was that I couldn't seem to do the final behavior core upgrade on T3 no matter how much I boosted my Repair skill. He would just act scared when I asked and then scream (failure). It's unclear to me if T3's upgrades are connected to the Navicomputer dialog option though. I could only get so far on the Memory Core, as I didn't put any points into Computer skill. Again not sure if that's relevant. Thanks for any help in advance. Having a great time with all the other mods!
  6. Thanks very much to both of you. I figured out the dialog options and have a general idea of where all the HK encounters are now. I'm very torn about winding all the back to about the halfway-point in the game now though, as you need 3 encounters and I think there are only 6 total in the game, correct? So I'd need to re-do 2 entire planets (Dxun/Onderon and Korriban were my most recent completed). I've seen the cut-scenes on you-tube and may (or may not) decide to go back at some point to play the HK factory quest with a totally new character. However, one thing I'll definitely be regretful about is if there are significant plotlines I will miss at the end of the story if I didn't do the HK factory. Does anyone know what "determine the final fate of Malachor" means? Are there restored endings to the story I won't be able to see? The rushed/empty-feeling ending was one of the worst travesties of the original game, IMO.
  7. Hi all, It looks like I missed the clue about having HK in your party when you encounter HK assassin squads to activate this quest. I just finished the final encounter with Atris and am now trying to figure out how far back I need to go in my save history to have a do-over and recover this. Does anyone know how many times HK-47 has to meet his clones (or any other steps) needed to find the location of the factory and activate the quest? BTW, what is the exact name of the quest, anyway, so I can be sure I succeeded when I see it in the journal? Thanks!
  8. Hi everyone, First of all, let me say how awesome it is that someone actually did a decent job, not to mention actually completed, a restoration job on this game. I was waiting for Team Gizka forever and had given up hope until I googled it again about 6 months ago. Now my actual question -- I think I blew my chance at unlocking the most content possible by playing a lightside male, as this will probably be my last time through it. Female seemed to have more restored content, especially surrounding The Disciple. However, the one little bit I was looking forward to and seem to have missed was being able to ask T3 about the navicomputer. You can only do that if you're DS after viewing the holo-message from Bastila/Carth at Korriban, right? Does anyone have a script of the storyline/convo or point me to video that captures it somewhere? Just really wondering as I played original KOTOR to death as well and this is just a tantalizing little plotline that connects the two. Thanks!
