    I had the same thing on my first playthru. but I deleted my override and reinstalled all my mods including 1.7. I think I had a conflicting mod or one that just wasn't installed properly. next time thru, I got the quest no problem and journal was fine

    my first play thru i got it as well, then i deleted override, reinstalled all mods again and it worked on the next play thru. not sure if there was a conflict, or just a bad install on one either this mod or one of the other ones
