I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's not your mods. I have the exact same problem and none of my mods match yours, so unless there are multiple mods causing the same issue, it's something else. Anyone else got any ideas? Is there a bypass somebody could make or is there something that can be done with the console?
EDIT: There is one we have matched. "Hide weapons in animations" I'll try an uninstall and get back to you.

Good news and bad news. The good news is I've got mine working. The bad news is I don't know why.
I uninstalled the game and loaded my save and it worked. This wasn't surprising as there were no mods. However, when I began adding all of my mods back in one by one it continued working. I now have everything I had installed before back on it and the game is working just fine. It could be worth doing the same. Uninstall the game, and re-install your mods.
