Thank you for all of the input. I am using version 1.8.3 and I think it is the "Handmaiden underwear for females" mod although the only info I have on it is what I already posted.

I have replaced the Handmaiden files with the one you suggested (Handmaiden4Females) and have removed the other mods you found to be incompatible or questionable. I will start a new game again with 1.8.3 keeping the following mods:

Female Underwear Mod v1.0
I redid the underwear for the female PC's as well as Mira and Visas Marr (apparently I had to do
these two seeing as how they are linked to the PC's model and skin).  All I did was replace the
one model with the model of the handmaiden and reskinned her textures to match the characters.  
All you have to do is unzip them into your override folder in TSL and play.  I think this gives
more credence to what Atton's remarks were on Peragus.

TSL (U.S. Version 2.0) w/ HD Music & Movies 4cd set brand new fresh install

This mod is great I really appreciate all of the effort it required and I would love to play it, but unfortunately I just can't board the Ravager after the battle on Citadel station.

None of the few extra mods installed are on your uncompatible list ( mostly Redhawke mods) and after my initial installation of TSLRCM left me with Admiral Onasi standing on his bridge staring at the Ravager & Telos in a permanent holding pattern I unistalled & reinstalled the "Stock" Obsidian version of the game and made 3 complete play throughs with no problems. I unistalled and did a fresh re-install as per instructions put in TSLRCM 1.8.3 and enjoyed it immensely right up to boarding the Ravager where Admiral Ceede ends up on the bridge staring at Telos in an unending holding pattern. the movie doesn't "freeze" it just doesn't continue. I did have one issue with the instructions when trying to load the TSL Patch 1.0b and that was this error message:

Patch Error

Old file not found, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match

Before I unistall yet again I thought I'd ask since I haven't seen any other "unable to board the Ravager" questions. I have reloaded from other save points, emptied out my party members and changed my video & gameplay settings around and I'm still stuck on the bridge of a Republc ship staring at Telos & the Ravager...what more can i tell you? Thank you again for such a wonderful mod I'm not yet ready to give up on it

Maybe posting to the "Help Desk" was the wrong place to go? I've really enjoyed  and appreciated all of the work that has gone into TSLRCM including my own as many times as I've tried to complete it. I have experienced almost every problem found here and some others as well. Blacked out from entering the Academy on Korriban, blacked out from returning to Dantooine, most recently non-loading of the cutscene of the Harbinger arriving at Peragus and I've already given up on the HK47 Droid Factory mod completely. The "Tilde" key on my Saitek Eclipse keyboard doesn't respond to my U.S. version of the game and I've also been in the endless loop when trying to get to GoTo's ship from Nar Shaddaa. At this point two things occur to me it's either "No help is on the way Jedi, you're on your own" or maybe I should be playing (Windows 7) in compatibility mode for Windows XP (SP2)...is anybody out there or are all of the miners dead here too???
