  1. That's an interesting idea, but I can't find any software that supports the processor. And this is a Dell Inspiron, so I'm locked out of accessing those options in the BIOS. Update: Huh... I started removing files in the override folder one by one to see if any in particular was the problem. Deleting KOTOR2Logo.tga got the game running normally. The version number no longer appears on the main menu, but Kreia mentions the Ebon Hawk by name and there's a vibrocutter on one of the first corpses. Seems like the issue's resolved.
  2. The loading screens take forever to get through, but the game actually runs fine once the loading is done. I can see that some people have had the same problem, but I haven't found any solutions.
  3. Also forgot to mention that I did try that, yes. If it is some issue with the graphics card, I'm wondering what problem the mod is causing that the vanilla game doesn't. Could it be worth trying an earlier version of the mod?
  4. After installing 1.8.3, the game (KOTOR collection version) became very slow. The main menu takes a while just to appear and the cursor is extremely slow to respond. If I go to the options menu, the game suddenly runs much smoother, but it takes forever to load the character creation menu and things don't improve from there. I had a fresh installation of the game before adding TSLRCM and then reinstalled KOTOR2 and tried again with no change. The only other mod I had installed was the most recent version of M4-78EP, and uninstalling that doesn't fix the problem. I've tried lowering the graphics settings and resolution, but that only made a marginal improvement. My laptop isn't exactly ideal for gaming, so I fear that might be the problem, but it's good enough to run the vanilla game on medium settings without too many problems. Relevant specs: Windows Vista Mobile AMD Sempron 3600+, 2 Ghz, single core 2 gigs of RAM ATI Radeon Express 1150 Is there anything I can do? Edit: Forgot to mention that using windowed mode makes absolutely no difference.
