Got around it by uninstalling the mod, going through the mission without it, saving, installing again, then loading the save. So far it seems to be working fine, hope there won't be problems in the future, since I am using save that wasn't made in the mod.... If anyone knows something, I will appreciate your advice.

Well I kill the first wave, then the second doesn't start - I can walk around and that's it. Nothing happens. The only mods installed are TSLRCM and the one on the main page - for the planet mdk something. Thanks for any help.
