I have Windows 7 and I unchecked read-only.

I installed the game properly, installed patch 1.0b, then TSLRCM, then M4-78 EP, then some other smaller mods that I got from the list of compatible mods on this forum.
I can start a new game and make a new character, but after the opening cinematic, the game crashes.

I did a clean install, tried to play the game without any mods, and I still get the crash. The problem appears to be the No-CD patches I've tried. What is the right one to use?
