Hello everyone! Also game breaking glitches.

Hey everyone out there in kotor modding and more. I come here to find help and to talk about RPG games. From video games to tabletop. I run a D&D game at my school and my friends are big MTG players. Though my main reason for joining is about a game breaking bug from I believe a mod. Issues: Rahkghouls in undercity chasing Handar does not appear. On the other side of the escape pod is a black Vulkar he is invincible. Mission Vao did not spawn in the undercity. Problem:
