Hm, there seems to be an error. The armors are mismatced and some of them have NPC Disguises. Anyway, the concept it a great idea and even though its not working for me. I can say that any clone trooper fan will love this mod. Kudos to you Kain

I'm also having the same error of Menacingtaquito, with some of the armors appearing as NPC Disguises and when you update an uniform the image that appear is of a golden sith uniform.

Thank you for your answer.

That's impossible, not with all the failsafes against that precise type of bug that were put into the new version. Are you guys sure you're installing TSL version for TSL, and didn't try to install the K1 one by accident? Also have you tried restoring the files from the backup created during installation and then installing the mod again?

Yes Kain I'm sure that I installed the TSL version.

I reinstalled the Sith Lords game and to be sure I only put the following mods:

TSLRCM
M4-78
NPC Overhaul for TSL
[TSL] Clone Wars Armors

And I've got the same errors and I found a warning in the TSL Patcher about the appearance.2da

Here it is:

'Warning: A file named appearance.2da already exists in the Override folder. Skipping file...'

Hope this help you.

No, that's just a standard warning, since I've put a clean appearance.2da into the installer for those that don't have one in their override already.

Open up your appearance.2da and grab a screenshot of the clonetrooper entries, would you?

I'm sorry Kain. I've tried to put the screenshot you asked for but i couldn't. A message appeared and said I can't post images.

But I did something that may have worked for me. I copy all the files inside the tslpatchdata of the mod into the override and installed the mod again. After this it worked.

Although the images in the armor slot ingame are all misplaced, there are no more NPC disguises appearing.

I'm sorry if I can't be of any help to you and I'm sorry if my english is not so good. It's not my main language.

I've had a look at the installer, and ran it myself again. It seems for some bizarre reason, if you have any other mod that adds to the appearance.2da, aside from TSLRCM, installed before these armors, OR you -don't- have TLSRCM installed, they get jumbled up again. So the effective solution is to install the game, install TSLRCM, install the armors, and then any other mods you might have. I will look further into this though.

Since it shows many droids in the NPC disguises it could be that this mod is conflicting with M4-78.

What is your opinion Kain?

Note that you'll need to start new game or give yourself the armors again via console/save editor for the fix to take effect. So I advise selling the ones you have, then give yourself the new ones.

So I have done what you said to do and I still seem to be having compatibility issues. It appears to be with the latest tslrcm, My skins (for some reason unknown to me) are replaced by republic soldiers :/ I played around with the appearance folder a bit and changed some stuff, and now its back to being all glitchy again. If I play this mod by itself, it appears to be fine, but I do not want to do this
