  1. Can someone please reskin/retexture the Echani Fiber armor to look like these files? I've tried it myself and nothing I did worked. ia_class4_015.tga PFBC15.tga PMBC15.tga
  2. I've found the files and the icon I want for a reskin/retexture of the Echani Fiber Armor found on Taris. But I can't simply place them into my override folder because I'm also using Efixian's Taris Arena Changes. The icon and files that I found are from SpaceAlex's Unfinished K1 Enhancement Project. What do I do now? I'm thinking I would need TSL Patcher to make a mod for this, but that may not be the case. I've never modded before, so this would be my first. Help would be appreciated! ia_class4_008.tga PFBC08.tga PMBC08.tga

  7. View File Ebon Hawk Revival Reskin Project (Kotor 1) Description: Ever since I first saw the blurry mess of a texture in the Kotor 2 prologue, I've dreamt of a way to fix it. This project thus will consist of two stages, this first release is for the Ebon Hawk you see in Kotor 1 with a full visual exterior overhaul. Every panel is completely drawn by hand to ensure the model looks good from every angle with the ultimate goal of using this as the basis for finally fixing the Ebon Hawk during the T3 sequence in Kotor 2. The next step will be the fully battle damaged exterior piece with emphasis on making it finally look decent. I was also informed by a trusted source that the minigame model texture could greatly benefit from this treatment, so that's also in the works. Update 1.1 While working on the Kotor 2 version, I noticed there were a few areas that I could improve on with its Kotor 1 counterpart. The panel work has received a massive overhaul to better match the Vanilla texture including far more detailed colors and a completely redesigned nacelle top. I've also created a much better version of the engine trench (The metallic texture on the sides that denote exposed mechanical details) which I really felt needed the facelift. Lastly, per a great suggestion by ConansHair, I've included some window textures to complement the exteriors with permission from Dark Hope's IGM. This will hopefully be the last big update, but as I continue to work on the Kotor 2 and now the minigame model, I will continue to incorporate any improvements as I make them. Installation: Inside of the zip file are twelve textures for the Ebon Hawk wherever it is landed as well as twelve window textures with TXIs. To install, simply drag these files into your Override folder, or if you don't happen to have one it must be created. (Default Steam Path is C:\\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\SWKOTOR) Uninstallation: Take the textures and TXI files included in the ZIP file out of your Override Permissions: Please let me know if you want to use these textures in one of your mods. I only ask you to credit me for the vast amount of work this ended up being Credits: This would have never seen the light of day without help from my friends on DS. ConansHair for Beta testing and for continually awesome suggestions like incorporating EnvMaps and adding features from other Vanilla Hawk textures which vastly improved the overall look. Sith Holocron for his helpful feedback and the use of his landing platform texture Dark Hope for letting me use her cockpit textures which have greatly increased the visual style of the windows and allowed me to customize them per planet. I would also like to thank Thor110 for letting me use his upscaled Ebon Hawk texture from his modder's resources which more or less also inspired this endeavor. Kotor1 Saves by djh269 for help while testing (special shoutout for having Force Speed on by default ), Fred Tetra for Kotortool, Adobe for their Photoshop, Bioware for creating Kotor, and lastly George Lucas for being instrumental in creating this Star Wars universe I continue to enjoy. View File Neutral Kreia Asthetic Robes (By Lewok) For someone like Kreia who stays COMPLETELY Neutral throughout the entirety of her being in your party for most of the game, she sure doesn't look Neutral. This gives her an Asthetic reskin to make her robes more Neutral. Due to the way Gimp is, the Grey for the robes looks a bit bad. May try and make this look nice later. To install just: 1. Unzip "Neutral Kreia Asthetic Robes (Reskin) 1.0.zip" (You can use things like WinRAR to open it, or if you are on windows you may be able to just unzip it with FileExplorer.) 2. Once it has been unzipped, open up "Neutral Kreia Athetic Robes (Reskin)" 3. Copy P_KreiaA.tga into the override folder in the TSL Directory (For Steam users just right click on TSL in your Library, click on manage and then "Browse Local Files." For Retail users, it probably will be in a folder somewhere in your device called "LucasArts" on your pc/laptop. May be different though, as I don't use the retail copy.) If you need any assistance with mods, I recommend going to the Kotor Discord server for help in #Tech_Support. You can upload to this mod to really anywhere else as long as you credit me. You can even upload it to the Steam Workshop if you feel like it, just give me credit. HOWERVER I WILL NOT be held resposible for any glitches/bugs/incompatibilities on the Steam Workshop, because I would not be the original uploader and it is not intended for this to be on the Steam Workshop. Compatibilites: Should Be Compatible with most things, as long as it doesn't edit P_KreiaA.tga. It is Compatible with TSLRCM, I don't know about Kreia's Assorted Robes, I doubt it though. 11. View File K2 Upscaled Vanilla Weapon Textures Mahalo for checking out my mod! I promise I will get updated pictures down the road. I just hated how ugly the melee weapons looked, especially in comparison to all of the upscaled and re-done textures and models we can get nowadays. While not quite the job that something like High Quality Blasters does, this mod upscales all of the vanilla textures for both melee and ranged weapons using a mixture of ESRGAN and waifu2x AI upscaling to around 512-by-512px wherever possible with the goal of being as mod-friendly as it can be (so no model overhauls or anything like that - this is just a straight-up retexture). I offer both Melee and Ranged weapon textures separately so users can drag-and-drop whichever ones they want to use. The mod itself should be pretty simple to install - just download the file, go into the folder of the weapons you want to replace, and drop the loose files directly into your Override folder (should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Star Wars - KotOR2\Override, for example). Note that this won't be compatible with mods that change the models or retexture weapons, so if you want to use my textures be sure to overwrite the ones in your Override with the ones from this file! For major overhauls like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement where the weapons look physically different, textures from this file won't work with those models. Why should I use these textures over something like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement? Honestly, if the mods doesn't break anything in your game, you should just use those mods instead since they offer actually good weapon models and textures. This is more of an alternative for those who have problems with those kinds of mods or can't run those kinds of mods for whatever reason, or are looking to complement other high-res textures from those mods. Or you really, really like the vanilla textures and want to be a purist. Submitter Ol' Cappy Submitted 08/07/2022 Category Skins TSLRCM Compatible Yes

  13. View File Playable Nightsister Character Description: This adds a Playable Nightsister to Kotor 2. It used PMHA01's Textures so any other mods that change or use that will be considered incompatible. It has 2 dark side transitions, like all PC characters in Kotor 2. There are no Dark Side Corruption transitions and instead the eyes go from Brown to Yellow to Orange and the mouth goes from Grey to Dark Grey to Darker Grey. I thought about doing some tattoos on the face but decided not to because it seemed difficult. I chose Brown as the base eyes because that's what Merrin has in Jedi Fallen Order. In Update 1.1: I added 3 new items along with a tattoo variant of the Nightsister. If you are lazy and don't want to go to the dormitories where these items are, the Cheat codes for these 3 items are: a_robe_50 - Nightsister Mother Witch's Robes a_robe_51 - Nightsister Coven Clothes g_w_lghtsbr65 - Magiksaber (These can only be equipped to Females, as that is what the Nightsisters Gender are.) You will need to start a new game or load a save before entering the dormitory module for it to be updated! Installation: To Install this: Put the files from "With tattoos" or "No Tattoos" depending on which you choose from "Character" into your Override folder in your kotor 2 directory. (You can only have ONE) (OPTIONAL) Put the files from "Items" into your Override folder in your kotor 2 directory. This can stop your whole playthrough if you save and exit the game when in the bunk part, and you get stuck behind that one door. I do not know how to fix this, however you can warp to another module, which I recommend the mining tunnels one, and then go back to the administration level and go to where kreia would be. (The closest un-openable door to the Kolto tanks) Should be no other bugs with this mod. Incompatibilities: Any mods that use PMHA01's files will not be compatible. I haven't found any mods that are incompatible with this, but if I find any I will add it here. Recommendations: I Highly Recommend Effixan's Underwear Pack mod: I recommend this because in the game with my Nightsister mod, the underwear appears as the normal vanilla underwear, which looks odd with a nightsister head and a human body. Credits and Distribution: Credit to Effix for the underwear mod that makes my mod look more normal. I do not want my Nightsister head to be uploaded to the Steam Workshop, because: 1. The Steam Workshop is an absolute mess 2. If I did want it on the Steam Workshop, I'd put it on there myself. You can use the Nightsister head in your Mod, just give me credit and do not claim it as your own. Submitter LewokGuy Submitted 07/24/2022 Category Mods TSLRCM Compatible Yes

Description: March 11th 2021 saw the release of the Lore-Friendly Qel Droma Robes by Constantinople33 which was a 2K resolution reskin of the vanilla K1 Jedi Robe texture to make the Qel-Droma Robe item look more like the canonical Robe as worn by Qel-Droma in the Kotor Comics. I personally thought the skin looked AMAZING with its extensive detail, but at the time I used JC's Cloaked Jedi Robe mod so I took no heed to the mod as both mods were incompatible. But upon looking into JC's Cloaked Hybrid Robe mod, I realized that it would be possible to "merge" Constantinople33's work with one of JC's Cloaked Jedi Robe skin to make a "Hybrid" robe. At first, I was intending to use Salk's Qel-Droma Robe texture (which was uploaded by StellarExile) as the Cloaked texture of my Hybrid mod, but after my initial work on the Hybrid Robe the modder Effixan published his own take on a unique Qel-Droma Cloaked Robe. From what I can tell, Salk had requested Effixan to professionally make his version of Qel-Droma's Cloaked Robe using Salk's work as an inspiration... as such, after getting permission from Constantinople33 and the fact Effixan stated in his readme that users can use his Qel-Droma Robe with credit, I have merged the Lore-Friendly Qel-Droma Robe with Effixan's Qel-Droma Robes Reskin mod. 19. View File Revised: Czerka Armor and Appearance Fix Czerka Corp is one of the biggest business entities in the galaxy, employing billions of sentients on who knows how many planets. Yet in the vanilla version of K1, the developers made some weird (to my mind) decisions on how to depict the employees of this vast corporate empire. JC's Korriban: Back in Black mod recognized and corrected the odd decision the developers made to have Czerka employees wearing Sith military uniforms, but this weirdness regarding Czerka is not just limited to Korriban. On Tatooine, there are personnel identified as Czerka employees who are dressed as commoners. On both Tatooine and Kashyyyk there are Czerka guards patrolling their areas unarmed. It could be argued that these might be local contracted labor who therefore don't get uniforms, but I don't really picture this for security personnel, who serve as the only type of law enforcement in places like Anchorhead, or for the crews of the sandcrawlers, who operate specialized equipment that was imported to the planet. On Kashyyyk, a particularly dangerous planet, you would expect to have every security person armed and wearing armor to protect them from the wildlife and to deal with potential rebellion by the people they are enslaving. That's not to say there's absolutely no place for independent contractors, but I think those characters would be mostly people operating small businesses under license, like the bartenders in Dreshdae and Anchorhead, the weapons dealer in Dreshdae, or the Ithorians running the hunting club or the droid shop in Anchorhead. I also didn't like that only human and Twi'lek employees got uniforms, especially when the Ithorian on Kashyyyk held what seemed to be a very important position there. This mod seeks to address these issues by appropriately clothing all Czerka personnel and providing armor for those employees who should have it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Czerka Armor and Appearance Fixes for Star WarsTM - Knights of the Old Republic by garm343 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version 1.4 completed 2/13/22 Description: This updates the previous mod, adding new armor skins and correcting certain errors present in v1.0: 1. New 1.4 skins are now the default installations for Czerka armor. These new skins are a closer approximation of the colors of the Czerka uniform: darker greens and a more peach shade of orange. 2. It has been pointed out to me that Fodo Medoo, the pazaak-playing Rhodian dock worker on Kashyyyk explicitly states that he works for Czerka as a contract laborer and therefore does not get a uniform. This mod will now leave Fodo in his default appearance. 3. In v1.0, the mod failed to alter Carth friend Jordo's clothing to the green Czerka supervisor's uniform. This error has been corrected. See the v1.0 information below. The armor stats remain unchanged and the mod will still appropriately arm and armor all Czerka paramilitary personnel. Installation: Remains unchanged as in v1.0. However, while the v1.4 skins are the defaults, the v1.0 can still be installed if you preferred the originals. To overwrite the new skins, just copy everything in the 1.0 Skins folder and paste them in your game's Override folder. You can switch it back to the new skins by following the same procedure with the files in the 1.4 Skins folder, or mix and match as you like. Uninstallation, compatibilities and K1R: Remains the same as in v1.0. Acknowledgements: In addition to those listed in the v1.0 acknowledgements, I would like to thank JDub96 for pointing out the errors in the mod and suggesting the look for the new skins. My apologies for it taking so long to make these changes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 1.0 completed 9/24/20 Description: This mod makes several changes to the appearances and capabilities of characters employed by Czerka Corp: 1. All human and Twi'lek non-paramilitary Czerka personnel wear Czerka uniforms. Czerka employees on Korriban wear standard Czerka uniforms instead of Sith military uniforms. The Czerka miners on Tatooine and Mission's brother Griff also wear Czerka uniforms. 2. The Rodians Greeta and Fodo and the Ithorian Janos wear varients of the Czerka uniform that are fitted for their respective species. 3. All Czerka personnel working in the paramilitary departments of the company such as security, slaving or hunting are appropriately armed for their jobs and also wear custom Czerka armor which displays an employee's rank by the number of stat bars on the chest (for men) or sleeves (for women). There are six ranks (loosely based on police ranks) in all. Rank determines the type of armor worn by the employee: Stat Bars Rank Armor =============================================================================================== 0 Guard Czerka Light Armor 1 Constable Czerka Light Armor 2 Officer Czerka Mod I Armor 3 Sergeant Czerka Mod II Armor 4 Lieutenant Czerka Mod III Armor Special Captain or higher Czerka Medium Armor This armor can be obtained in game and worn by PCs. It comes in five varieties: --------------------------------- Czerka Light Armor Base Class: 4 Note: Basically just a standard combat suit bearing the Czerka colors and logo. No special features. --------------------------------- Czerka Mod I Armor Base Class: 4, Upgradable Armor Reinforcement: +1 Defense Bonus Mesh Underlay: Resist 5/- vs. Energy --------------------------------- Czerka Mod II Armor Base Class: 4, Upgradable Armor Reinforcement: +2 Defense Bonus Resist 10/- vs. Slashing Mesh Underlay: Resist 10/- vs. Energy Resist 5/- vs. Fire ---------------------------------- Czerka Mod III Armor Base Class 4, Upgradable Armor Reinforcement: +3 Defense Bonus Resist 10/- vs. Slashing Resist 10/- vs. Piercing Mesh Underlay: Resist 15/- vs. Energy Resist 10/- vs. Fire ----------------------------------- Czerka Medium Armor Base Class: 6, Upgradable Attribute Bonus: +1 Dexterity Armor Reinforcement: +2 Defense Bonus Mesh Underlay: Resist 20/- vs. Universal For everyone concerned that this mod will cause the all-green Czerka commander's uniform to disappear from the game (since only Captain Dehno and Commander Dern wear it in the original game), don't worry. That uniform has been reassigned to non-paramilitary personnel who work in supervisory positions like the mining team leader on Tatooine, the guy who manages the Czerka general store on Korriban, or Carth's friend Jordo who is apparently a cargo ship's captain. Installation: Double-click on the installer icon and when prompted direct it to your game folder (“swkotor”, in most cases). After selecting the folder, the mod will install automatically. Uninstallation: Delete the files in your Override folder that have the same names as the files found in the mod’s tslpatchdata folder. Replace the .2da files in the Override folder with the ones from the mod’s backup folder if you have previously-installed mods you want to keep that altered these .2da files. Compatibility: This mod is compatible with any other mod that does not share the same .utc, .uti, .utp and .tga, file names as those found in this mod’s tslpatchdata folder. If any such files are present in your Override folder, this mod will not install properly. There may be incompatibilities of this mod's Korriban .utc files with JC's Korriban: Back in Black mod, but I am not certain, since JC's mod installs content at the module level and I do not know if this adds files into the Override folder or not. K1R Compatible: Yes Acknowledgements: This mod was made using the following tools: TSL Patcher v. 1.2.10b1 ChangeEdit v. 1.0.5b1 KOTOR Tool v. 1.0.2210.16738 GIMP v. 2.10.6 Many thanks to the authors and developers of these programs! The textures were taken from "JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes & Supermodel Port for K1 1.4" file The credit regarding everything else in these textures goes to JCarter426 This mod is divided into 3 parts like the original modification. The only difference is that all of the robe textures which are used are in gloves. - 100% Brown - Brown-Red-Blue - Brown-Red-Blue Alternative All the textures in this modification are in the .tpc format so that they may override textures from "JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1" modification. At the same, time for modding purposes I attached CollarFix.psd in the same archive which contains only the 3 layers of the collarfix itself. INSTALLATION: To install simply drop all the files from one of the 3 folders in accordance with the version of the "JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1" modification you have installed to the Override folder earlier and confirm the replacement of the files. This modification does not have (No Gloves) variation. 23. Anyone know how to fix or can fix (A better Mira) mod by corpsecotillion I really like the mod. but unfortunately it has some bugs. Following these instructions fixes the head mesh issue "The head model expects a file mirahe.tga, make a copy of p_mirah.tga and rename it to mirahe.tga.I believe the name for the body texture is also incorrect, P_MiraA01.tga should be P_MiraA.tga" But even with the headmesh fix the teeth of the model clip through when Mira is talking and it's weird and buggy. Alternative request: Change Mira's default hair to the one in the mod
  24. I would like whichever one of these is easiest to be accomplished with minimal influence on the game itself: A- The Jedi Armors to have NO "Max Dex. Bonus" in their stats or increase that value in particular to a Max Dex. Bonus of 10000000000 or whatever... OR B- To have standard robes replaced with Zeison Sha and the other jedi armors (visually only) .... OR C- I want to ALWAYS be wearing the model for the Zeison Sha Warrior Armor (Blue one with mail skirt) as Kiera and Vissas are ALWAYS wearing their robes regardless of what is equipped Option "A" would be best since i could still use under/overlays and seems like a decent press of the "delete" key in the right spot... should be rather simple to accomplish what im going for, change the appearance.2da... change the Armor stats to remove/alter Max Dex... or reskin the robes entirely. I'm tired of search engines NOT understanding my request and sending me to reskins of the Jedi armors because NO ONE likes them. although there was ONE that i saw and liked but it REPLACED the armor im trying to KEEP 😕 *Bonus* if it is AT ALL possible to have the Max Dex. Stat removed or drastically expanded for the Jedi Armors *especially Zeison Sha Warrior* , and reskin/exchange the Jedi/Sith robes to be the Jedi/Sith robes from KOTOR 1 and do the same with the "Master" robes and equivalents with the 'Padawan-Jedi robes' models in KOTOR 2 (making Kotor 2's placeholder for Padawan -> Jedi -> Jedi Knight robes to be the 'robeless' robes from Kotor 1 and the placeholder for Kotor 2's Master tier robes would be replaced with the models for the Kotor 2's Padawan/Jedi Robes. Purely visually, robe stats would stay as they are in base game only Jedi armor would have altered stats with the removal of 'Max Dex. Mod') *I would be extremely happy and willing to resume my playthrough with just option "A" but if you had a glimmer of compassion and a spare chunk of time, maybe take a look into adding this as well *this isn't my actual request but since I'm asking in the 1st place and I've seen it around, just replacing things id rather keep* Thank you SOOOOO much, I've looked for over 2 hours to try and do any of this myself, cuz I don't like asking people to do something if i can just do it myself... but after my 2nd hour passed and i was just fuming at the concept that after HOW many years no one has wanted to either look a particular way (IE cool blue Jedi plate mail) , got sick of having more Dexterity than they are allowed to use/ not wearing armor for stats, or even thought the bulky robes post Jedi look bad enough to, well, replace with the Jedi armor models... so here i am ^-^

I'm tired of search engines NOT understanding my request and sending me to reskins of the Jedi armors because NO ONE likes them. although there was ONE that i saw and liked but it REPLACED the armor im trying to KEEP :/ *Bonus* if it is AT ALL possible to have the Max Dex.
