  1. Does anyone have a Dl-44 and/or M-57 (Luke Skywalker's blaster from ESB) blaster mod for Kotor 2? Been searching for a while, and have never come across a mod with either one.
  2. View File [K1] Legends - Elder Droid's Unique VO This mod replace the default voice-over used by the Elder Droids with the Legends rendition. # Background # It was one fine evening when I take a walk inside the Elder's Settlement. I wonder how them droids sounds like, and then... why do they sounded like T3? So I wanted to experience something else, then I remember back in the Ancient Ruins of Dantooine there was a similar droid there that has something different with it. Apparently it was speaking Rakatan's language that the PC did not recognized. I decided that I had to incorporate that with the droid then, hence the making of this mod. # About this Mod # This mod replace the default voice-over used by the Elder Droids with the Legends rendition. The sound was made using an inverted Rakatan's voice-over with added droid-like filters on top of it. By concept it gave an idea that the droids were speaking an epitome of language that the PC did not understand [in Bastila's voice], resulting in addition of changing the spoken line of the droids. It also changes the bubble-bark conversation to a cinematic one. For a distinctive look at what the mod does, here is the preview - # Final Remarks # There's always room for improvements; critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated. PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: run the installer and choose INSTALL option, then hit the [Install Mod ->] button! Uninstallation: Choose the UNINSTALL option in the installation menu Additionally you may want to remove eb_elderdrd_ANGM.wav from the streamwaves folder Compatibility: For maximum compatibility, install this mod at the latter stage of your mod's build Will not be compatible with any mods that hard-overwrite the Elder Settlement/unk_m42aa module Pay attention to the patcher's warning messages upon installing the mod. If it tells you that it found an instance of k_hdroid1_dialog.dlg and unk42_elddroidXYZ.utc in the Override folder, then there might be a compatibility issue indeed For this mod to be fully effective you should at least load a saved game before entering the Elder Settlement [unk_m42aa] module The mod is play-tested with the latest version of KotOR 1 Restoration/K1R and is compatible with it. At the other hand, it was only by far tested with K1:Community Patch/K1CP v1.7, though assets-wise, there's nothing to be conflicted with the 1.8 version Redistribution: do not redistribute this mod or re-release it on any websites. I'd love to provide direct support to my work, which wouldn't be possible if they're scattered in the Unknown Regions. If you are to re-use an assets to a project you will be releasing, you don't have to ask for permission - but your generous intention is very much welcome. I'd love to know what others are up too, particularly if my work are included. And then, make sure to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts with the release - as without them the enjoyment would be non-existent. A bit of appreciation to this lil' peasant work here is also a very warm welcome, welcome. Drop Those Lightsabers! A Minor Immersion Mod made by K.O.2 Mods (aka The Frozen One on deadlystreams) Version: 1.0 About this Mod: When you meet the first Sith and Jedi dueling on the Endar Spire, you see them fighting with lightsabers. But when you loot them after they've met with a terrible fate, there are no lightsabers to be found. Not a single one! This has always been a minor annoyance of mine on each playthrough I've started. With this mod, both the Dark Jedi and Jedi drop their red and blue lightsabers respectively. Just loot both of their belongings in order to get both sabers. You can't wield these weapons until you are supposed to later in the game, but you can still sell them for cold hard credits if you wish. How to use/activate/enable this Mod: Just copy n_sithappren001.utc and n_sithappren002.utc from the "Drop Those Lightsabers!" folder and paste both files into your Override folder. You must start a new game in order for this mod to work. To those that helped me with this Mod: Thanks to ebmar and Mellowtron11 for their extremely detailed walkthroughs on how to make this mod. I couldn't have done this without their help. Regarding the uploading of this Mod: Please don't upload this mod anywhere without my approval. If you would like to improve on it or add it to a mod collection, please contact me and I'll give you an answer as soon as possible. If I give you the okay, all I ask is for you to give me credit for the mod(s) that I've made. Legal: THIS MODIFICATION IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. 5. Darth Malak just got kicked out of the main menu with this awesome new-release mod by @DarthParametric - Though what I used as seen in the screenshot is the custom stripped-off 4:3 version of it [the Version D - Visor Glow option]. Conclusively, I loved the way Revan shown in the main menu, as I personally feels it blends really well with the surroundings. Another dreams come true!
  6. View File [K1] Legends - Ajunta Pall's Blade This mod replace the default Ajunta Pall's Blade appearance with the "Legends" rendition. # Background # The blade of the fallen, Ajunta Pall's Blade - I have always thought about something that is dark-enigmatic about the blade after hearing those words, so this project was started to accommodate the idea. # About this Mod # This mod replace the default Ajunta Pall's Blade appearance with the "Legends" rendition. The new blade is using the amazing IRobert's [K1] Vibroweapons replacement pack retexture base texture and model, which having that science-fantasy feeling to its design and concept. I edited them later particularly on coloring and scheming to match my interpretation of the blade. IRobert gave permission for everyone to freely use, change or modify the mod with *redistribution* policies applies. * With v1.0.2 included the model fix kindly provided by the infamous Dark Lord of the Sith, DarthParametric. It's a fix for holes in the meshes of the hilt which causes artefacts with the shadow casting. The new blade trying to fits the concept of the true Ajunta Pall's blade, which described as - Those features can be seen on the blade now. # Final Remarks # I suggest you to install VarsityPuppet's Spectral Ajunta Pall Canonical Appearance first and then install this mod after. This mod aims to complete the Ajunta Pall's personal items part. There's always room for improvements - critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and feedbacks for the next update are much appreciated - PM, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. Description Just a little joke mod, made in imitation of the old Holowan Spire that Doom_Dealer made. On this one you can meet and interact with a few of the regulars on the DS forums. If it proves popular, I may expand it later on. Please don't be upset if I didn't include you. This is a joke mod, and it's meant in a spirit of fun. Installation Put 'deadlystream.mod' into your Modules folder. Do *NOT* put it in the Override. To get there in game, type "warp deadlystream" into the console and hit return. Uninstallation Remove the file again. Permissions You may not upload new versions of this mod without my permission. You may not upload this mod to other websites without my permission. You may not claim to be the author of this mod. Credits & Thanks Thanks to: - Hassat Hunter for spotting the bug in v1.0; - Doom_Dealer for the original Holowan Spire; - Fair Stride for help bugfixing, and for letting me bounce ideas off him; - DeadlyStream.com for being such a fun, nice place.

KotOR I Tatooine Merchant Mod Description: This is the first mod I've ever made - hooray! This is a simple mod which will add in a new merchant to Tatooine and give him a small sidequest. He'll be in the first module of Tatooine (on the wall on the side closest to the door), and for the mod to work it is required you have never been to Tatooine before. The enemies you may face are quite strong, by the way. Oh, and there's also some new poorly skinned robes. They were mainly a test if I could add a new item, and I thought I should at least *try* to make a new skin. Gotta start somewhere though, right? Installation: Put all of the files in to the Override folder. Uninstallation: Remove the files. Compatability: You'll need the JRL Merger for this mod to be compatible with other mods if there is already a global.jrl in your override. This mod also won't be compatible with any mod which alters the dialogue when you first arrive on Tatooine or when you arrive at the Czerka Offices. Thanks to Fair Strides & Kexikus for helping me out with dlg editing and scripts, and thanks to Rece for his great tutorials on his YouTube channel. I've also added a save for anyone who doesn't already have one or doesn't want to play through the game to see the mod. Warning: It's just a save warped from the beginning of the game to use the mod, so DO NOT use it to play the rest of the game.

This is a mod for Knights of the Old Republic*. It adds two items to the game: a Med Scanner and Droid Diagnostic. While they both do the same thing, the droid diagnostic is only for droids, and the med scanner is only for organic meatbags-- errr, I mean people. When the item is used, it will display how many vitality points the character is down. It will also display how many points would be restored by various means available to the character. This is, of course, based on the character's current stats. The info will be in your Feedback log. * I don't have The Sith Lords & have no idea if this mod would work in it. Also, while I believe this is compatible with K1R, I'm not absolutely certain of it (I have K1R installed & have had no issues between it & my mod).

Quanons & Djh269 Armor Pack This mod will install a unique set of armours for your Jedi Character. Nothing gets replaced, the armors work as a disguise. Like the Sith armor or the Tusken Raider clothes you find in the game. Because the armor works as a disguise you'll notice that the head of your character also changes. It will look like a black head; a very dark leather texture has been applied. Next pick, any of the helmets included with this mod. And your armor is now complete! To get the goodies, read on below 🙂 This mod will also change the encounters with the Sith you have on Tatooine and Kashyyk. Now each battle is unique, instead of being clones, all npcs have been made a little harder to beat. As a reward, beat the evil guys on Tatooine and somewhere in Anchorhead a container will be appear with all the nice new armors. To install: Use the TSLpatcher and it will apply all the needed changes to your game. Done! Compatible: This mod should not create any conflicts with most other mods out there. I still advice, to install it after bigger mods, such as the K1 restoration mod. Since that mod alters lots of files. Use the TSLpatcher to avoid bugs and problems 😉 Credits: Djh269: Setting up the TSLpatcher, altering the Sith parties, creating the scripts. Quanon: Models and skins; UTI files. Preview:

Hi all! Most of us think that Bastila is the most appealing character in KotOR and understandably so, cause her face model is one of the most sophisticated female heads I've seen in KotOR. So I was thinking, let's kick her look up a notch with a little bounty hunter style, so she can look more badass. There are two looks to choose from, considering her Dark Side transitions... With veins and without them, I don't think I need to explain that any further. Installation instructions are in the Readme file and on the main screen of the TSLPatcher. As for the bugs; there's only one, which I couldn't fix and couldn't find about anything on it, except that it cannot be fixed... The bug is only visible on the Carachter Generation Screen, however and nowhere else. So even if you encounter this bug, which would happen offen, click "Play" without any worries, cause in-game it'll show up just fine, always.
  14. Would anyone be willing to make a Mara Jade's Lightsaber for Kotor 2? I finally convinced my girlfriend to do a Kotor 2 playthrough after 3 years of bugging, and she wants to use the Mara Jade head on here in conjunction with her Saber.

  17. View File K2 Improved Gameplay About This File Knights Of The Old Republic II: [THE SITH LORDS] ================================================ Author: MetaBee Name: K2 Improved Gameplay Mod v2.5 Description: This mod aims to improve the game play, as well as to fix incorrect parameters within certain 2da file rows. For example, the saving throws of all the Prestige Classes are actually incorrect, or either unfinished. This mod will fix that. It also aims to balance out combat, influence - skills ect. This mod makes it possible, to now reach higher LvL's in the game before you finish. Its possible to reach LvL 40 now, and maybe 50," Provided one does all bonus quests as well as take all advantages off XP opportunities. In the OG game, even if you do so, you will only make it to 30 -32 "Without Exploiting". Bearing in mind i'm including TSLRCM. How does this work ? Simple, you will accumulate more XP from killing hostiles, as well as require less XP to Lvl up. The balance to this, is that your enemies will now be stronger, have more HP, and will be overall better to combat with. Note: Lvl's will appear to be fast, especially in the beginning - however a grand total of 880 000 XP is Required to reach Lvl 50. 18. I've been checking everywhere for this mod, and I haven't been able to find it again. It was available on Nexus Mods a few months ago, but it was taken down after Gamefront came back online, although I can't find the files on Gamefront either. I checked through both K1 and K2 files on here yesterday, and I can't find it on here either. Would anyone happen to have a working link or a copy of the files for the ROTJ Luke Saber Pack for both games? Or possibly their own version of the saber for both Kotors? Either one is fine, I just want files/models that will work with both games. Thank you so much! *EDIT* Disregard please, I found the files. The search option on Filefront wasn't bringing it up with "Saber" or "Lightsaber" when used for the search. I'll post the the link here in case anyone else has to go searching through for this. If anyone has an up-to-date version of this hilt with higher quality textures, I would appreciate it if you would be willing to share it with me. Sorry for the clutter, hopefully this thread can be helpful to someone in the future need be.

This mod replaces the vanilla and/or the installed placeables texture with the specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables texture. # Background # The primary motivation of this mod is to get the most of vanilla textures, by tweaking their alpha channel to have them showing their best shades and reflections. # About this Mod # Inside this version are 13 specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables textures. # Final Remarks # This mod performs at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with area textures. As all the assets inside this mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool. Critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and any feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated- just PM me or write a public message on my feed. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: I suggest you to manually removes any TGA/DDS files inside the 'Override' folder that are using the same name with the files that comes with the mod first. Because if they're on TGA/DDS, the installer can not patch them. But if they were on TPC or you are running a clean install playthrough, you could just run the installer straight-forwardly [TSLPatcher.exe]- as any files with the same name will be backed-up automatically. Uninstallation: Remove the installed files from the 'Override" folder or replaces them with the files stored in the 'Backup' folder [if generated]. Compatibility: Will not be compatible with any mods that using the same name for the assets. This mod perform at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with the area textures. As all the assets inside the mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool. Redistribution: You can redistribute this mod or re-release it on any website; you don't have to ask for permission, but I do appreciate all the good intention. Also, if you are planning to use the assets from this mod to a mod you will be developing, don't forget to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts, as inside this mod are their base assets. Anyway, a credit to me is always a welcome, welcome. Credits: DarthParametric for the past-present knowledge which allows me to create any customs for the game. 20. I AM REACHING OUT TO THE COMMUNITY Concerns & Worries I have been notified no matter what happens, once I release the first version of my mod, it will be the same as releasing the modders resource which means I will just be releasing them as one and the same. V 0_2_5 is ready and I will upload them when ready. Though for the moment in both games the areas can only be warped to. I am not sure when I will be releasing it as I have thoughts about the future of both KotORs that may be compromised if anyone else goes crazy making content with the resources. My worries are that loads of different people will make loads of different universes for both games, which though a great thing is conflicting for the overall experience of the game unless they are used in total modifications, therefore I believe my best plan of action is to set up a website for The Expanded Galaxy project which will focus around getting the entire community to contribute to the project enhancing and adding to the overall KotOR experience as well as if possible adding an online feature for both. In order to prevent too many different universes popping up over the next few years that will rapidly change the KotOR 1 & 2 games for the better or for the worse. Thank you for reading and I really look forward to releasing after setting up a website, once I have a website I will reach out to the community with all of my ideas for both games as well as for people to help and get involved with every aspect of the mod. Revans Eternal Empire - K2 Map Source for K1 ( 900mb ) 2.13 uncompressed This mod will add both a light side and dark side expansion for Revan, addingmore planets throughout the main storyline with short questlines, once finishing the game the player will have the ability to conquer the universe to the extent that prequels SWTOR. Exiles Expanded Galaxy - K1 Map Source for K2 ( 700mb ) 2.02 uncompressed This mod will add a continuation of the second game, with all the ability to travel to all the new planets during the focus of the main game with some missions as well as an overall end game addition which will add a new story focused around the Taris Restoration Project and the Exiles influence in founding it or informing the sith as well as a new galaxy crawl where the player will need to go to every planet once more and follow a trail of information to help or devastate Taris.

  22. View File [K1] Janice Nall "Legends" and the Incomplete Droids This mod overhauls the appearance of Janice Nall and her Incomplete Droids in her store. # Background # I was in a playthrough and looking to overhauls things that're necessary; this is one of them. # About this Mod # This modification makes Janice Nall more like an expert droid technician; with those flashy looks of hi-tech armor she's wearing and her Incomplete Droids will looked like they're meant to be; an unfinished paint jobs with missing parts in their anatomy. Updated in v1.1.0: Adds an additional texture option for Incomplete Droid; which texture now immensely have the look of C8-42-GE3 [Elise Montagne's personal-assistant droid] with unfinished paint jobs. Updated in v1.1.1: An additional installation targeted to earlier version user; which is a fix for Janice Nall's model provided by @DarthParametric [Female Armour Collar Fix]. # Final Remarks # I have plan to change T3-H8 appearance to something more unique in the future update; to make it different from common utility droids spreads around the game. We'll see. 🤞 Critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and any feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated- just PM me, write them on my feed or leave any on the mod's page as you please. Overwrite when prompted Uninstallation: Replace the installed files with what is stored inside the generated 'Backup' folder. Particularly the tar_m02ab.mod, put back the file to the 'modules' folder; overwrite when prompted. Compatibility: This mod works either with vanilla or modded state of the game. 23. Greetings, fellow Jedi! Hope y'all doing fine. I accidentally installed a .UTC to a .MOD and looking to have an assistance about: Is there any way to remove the said .UTC from the .MOD? I can't replace the .MOD again with the backed-up ones because I blatantly permanent delete it soon after installing and then too late to noticed. Many thanks for considering this!
  24. This is a piece of cut content that was not restored in TSLRCM. This feature is probably unnecessary thus why it was cut, for anyone who is interested this blog will read out how this section of cut content was going to play out (I may, at times, need to guess what was going to happen to make this make sense as this is content clearly unfinished). In Vanilla and TSLRCM, Bao Dur found the location of Atris' academy through a computer terminal on the landing pad. Through the terminal, he was able to hack into the Force Field Network. In this cut content, the terminal is not on the Landing Platform but rather it is the terminal in Chodo Habats office. Once you defeat the mercs and go onto the empty landing platform Bao Dur's dialogue would go something along the lines of Bao Dur: "The freighter's not here. We'll have to enter the underground ruins and look for the military escape shuttle. The entrance is at the south end of the compound." Player: "How do you know the shuttle will be there?" Bao Dur: "I don't, but that's not going to stop me. I'm getting back to Citadel Station if I have to build a new ship myself." If you spoke with Bao Dur after this he'd reply with Bao Dur: "We can talk later. Right now we've got to find a way back to Citadel Station." The Military Base would play out normal, the player would take the Shuttle from the Military Base back to the Hangar of wherever you left whether that be the Ithorian or Czerka Hangar (Please note there is no movie for a Telos Shuttle landing on the Citadel, if someone did make this a mod it'd have to reverse the takeoff video to make it appear as if it is landing though then an NPC in the background of the video would walk backwards though this NPC "may" be able to be edited out). As the player would have no idea where the ship is this is why they'd come back and not to the Polar Region. On the Citadel you could, if you wanted to, talk to Grenn where he'd say his vanilla "So you have returned" lines though only this time he'd say them much earlier than in Vanilla as you return earlier. When you arrive at the Ithorian HQ Chodo would have some new lines if Bao is in the party, without him in the party you'd be stuck until he is in the party. Chodo: "Ah, Bao-Dur. I heard you'd returned. This pleases me." Bao Dur: "Good to see you again. Have you already heard about Czerka's operations on Telos?" Chodo: "I had. Moza has been in session with the Telosian Council regarding some Czerka files your new companion helped us acquire." Chodo: "Dol Grenn interrupted with news of what you'd encountered, and Moza sent word immediately. It seems that Czerka's days here are finally at an end." Bao Dur: "I would hope so." Bao Dur: "Come. The Ithorian's computer system is hooked up the Restoration Zone Grid and shield network. Let's find your ship." Presumably, if you helped Czerka Chodo would deliver some news along the lines of "things are going bad" and "we can't seem to be able to stop Czerka". None of the Czerka dialogue was written as it's all incomplete, whilst Chodo would dislike a Dark Sided Exile Chodo would still tolerate his/her presence in his own HQ, especially if his own friend Bao-Dur is with him so I have little doubt that a Dark Sider would still need to come back to Chodo to gain access to the shield network (The other only alternative is Jana Lorso as one can assume she has access to the Czerka controlled restoration zones herself, however, in vanilla Bao-Dur shows distaste for Czerka and in cut content Jana Lorso betrayed Bao-Dur and almost had him killed, this cut dialogue will be released in one of my upcoming mods). Once you interact with the terminal Bao Dur would have his dialogue with the terminal about finding the power interference in the Polar Region minus the dialogue of having to go into the Military Base as in vanilla on the landing platform. Once you had completed this you were then meant to return to the shuttle either in the Ithorian or Czerka Hangar. It is a possibility, yet unconfirmed, that once you finished up with the terminal you would hear an announcement over the loudspeakers from Jana Lorso. "Attention, Citadel Station. This is Jana Lorso, your Czerka branch's Executive Officer." "As you may know, Republic negotiations with Onderon have deteriorated of late. Czerka entered Citadel Station in the hopes of resolving the situation for the good of Telos." "I regret to inform you that the Telosian government, with the aid of the Ithorians, has entered an anti-Republic treaty with Onderon." "In order to protect the Republic's investment in Citadel Station and for the betterment of Telos, Czerka has been forced to assume command of the station." "Until Republic forces arrive to formally depose the Telosian Council and restore order, Citadel Station will remain under Czerka control." "This should not affect your daily affairs. Please go about your business as usual. Thank you for your cooperation." This is related to another piece of cut content I will detail in another blog as I have no reason to confirm or deny that this would happen right now during this section of cut content. This could of, for all I know, happened once you finished Telos completely and if you helped Vaklu on Onderon. Once you leave the station the HK-50 droids would arrive in the Bay Control area and presumably kill the Ithorian or Duros inside and have the exact cutscene as they have in the Military Base aka they send a squad out to the Polar Region to kill you. If the Ithorian is killed in the Bay Control you won't be able to talk to him if you want to steal the Prototype shield for Samhan Dobo (Despite this, you will still be able to complete the quest). And that is the "Bao-Dur's return to Citadel Station" cut content. Feel free to leave opinions on this down bellow (how you feel about the content, was it a good idea to have this cut, should TSLRCM include this, should this be it's own mod) and also let me know whether or not I should write up any more explanations for cut content.
  25. Hi, there! (Apologies in advance if I've posted this in the wrong place) I'm an avid fan of this franchise and have been playing on repeat since it first came out in 2003. I'm also brand-new to the modding scene (I've only made one mod, for Pillars of Eternity) and would love to get into modding KotOR II. I think it would be great if there would be a mod that changed the attack animations of Jedi depending on which lightsaber form they were currently using (e.g. tighter, more defensive movements for the Soresu form and more wild movements for Ataru or Juyo). However, as I search around these forums and other places, I find myself at a loss for how to make this mod. While I have a few years' programming experience, I have absolutely no experience making 3D animations and no experience modding KotOR II - though I would love to learn! If anyone has some advice for me, or if they would like to join in on this project, I would greatly appreciate it! With love and respect, ~Finchyy2702
