    A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 24.01.2019 Installation: Open "For Override" and select the mod option you want. Drop the file inside the folder into your K1 override. Uninstallation: Delete the files you copied into the Override folder. Description: When you complete Zaalbar's sidequest on Kashyyyk you receive a sacred Wookiee weapon called "Bacca's Ceremonial Blade". It has a description that reads "The great Bacca was hunting the Shadowlands ages ago when an alien ship crashed through the forest. He saw that first contact as a warning of the destruction outsiders could bring. Made from the debris, this sword is a reminder for his people that trust must be given cautiously, and only to those who have earned it." When searching the game files I found a placeholder/leftover inside the Chieftan Hall module called "Bacca's Sword". It had a description that reads "This sword is forever linked to the most revered figure in Wookiee lore, Bacca. A great and wise warrior, Bacca was hunting in the Shadowlands ages ago when an alien ship crashed through the upper boughs of the forest. The tale varies with each telling, but whether he had to fight the inhabitants or just found them obliterated in the wreckage, he understood their coming as a sign. There was life elsewhere in the galaxy, and it might not come to Kashyyyk with peace in mind. Bacca supposedly constructed this weapon from components found among the debris, and over time it became a symbol of leadership. It reminds his people that trust must be given cautiously, and only to those that have earned it. The blade shows no signs of wear, though the leather grip is well worn." This cut description is clearly more detailed and extensive than the vanilla description. This mod restores this extended description and adds an option to restore the "Bacca's Sword" name as well. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream.   5. In TSL, there are no wookiees, except for a single angry Wookiee... I'm fairly certain if you have that infamous NPC Overhaul you may run into a few more, but there are no important wookiee characters. In K1, there's an entire planet of them. I'm not suggesting porting Kashyyyk to TSL, but it would be interesting to see wookiees show up as a sidequest or potential companion interaction. For instance, if you had Hanharr mabye you'd run across some wookiees on Nar Shaddaa, either free them or sell them into slavery. This would allow character development of the PC for LS or DS points, it would highlight Hanharr's disregard for his people, and it would allow the PC an influence opportunity, more XP, and if you had Mira vice versa, though Mira has actual voiced lines, while Hanharr has alien VO. The location could be changed, but Nar Shaddaa seems the most believable location. Hanharr and wookiees are prime real estate for modding since they use Alien VOs and are not very prominent in TSL. Wookiees could show up as slaves of Czerka on Telos, and need to be freed, or captured and sold to the Exchange or G0T0. Additionally, a Big Z could easily make a cameo and have a hostile interaction with Hanharr resulting in the death of Big Z, or Hanharr for that matter... Not sure if i'll ever do this, but if I did work on a content driven lore expansion mod, wookiees would be included.

    This simple little mod will replace Zaalbars skin. It has been given a size increase, 2048x2048, which allowed me to put in some more details. It does keep the classic game look; it also comes with a matching portrait. Just copy the files to your Override and Zaalbar will use the skin instantly. Enjoy!
  7. I have tried posting this request for help in the general section but I have not received any luck so I chose to try again in mod requests. I hope that will not be a problem. I am looking to make two Jedi Trainers. I know there are mods created by Redhawke that allow you to make other members of your party into Jedi such as Carth, Canderous, and Mission. You can find them yourself at the 1st link below. The YouTube video link will show you how they work. However there is no such option for Zaalbar. I want to be shown how to make a Jedi Trainer for myself and Zaalbar. I ask to be shown how to design to characters, set their positions, and dialogue and script in the game, and how to get them to give me specific item.. I have created the dialogue and the .utc files that I want to use for both characters. You can see them in the attached files below. Now I just need to finish the rest. I have seen instructions on how to make an NPC at the final link below but I cannot understand them fully and they are not enough anyway. Besides they are decided to show you how to create a NPC to join your party when I want to just speak to an individual and receive training. Furthermore I know there is a mod that allows each party member to be a Jedi as they join your party. I do not wish to use that. With mods that can turn each other party member into Jedi incorporated into the story of the game I would like one for Zaalbar as well. I can for all the help anyone can provide. I have pasted examples of the mod I would like to have to this thread. Here are just some simple reskins for the companions Hk-47, Jolee Bindo, and (sorry for a lack of screenshot) Zaalbar. Zaalbar is only slightly modified to be a tad darker and his garb has been turned from red to green. I wanted Hk to look more menacing, and for Jolee to seem the slightest more angry and elder-like. Zaalbar is only slightly modified to be a tad darker and his garb has been turned from red to green. I wanted Hk to look more menacing, and for Jolee to seem the slightest more angry and elder-like.
