This mod replaces the vanilla and/or the installed placeables texture with the specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables texture. # Background # The primary motivation of this mod is to get the most of vanilla textures, by tweaking their alpha channel to have them showing their best shades and reflections. # About this Mod # Inside this version are 13 specularity-tweaked vanilla placeables textures. # Final Remarks # This mod performs at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with area textures. As all the assets inside this mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool. Critiques, comments, suggestions, questions and any feedbacks for the next update are very much appreciated- just PM me or write a public message on my feed. And thank you! for downloading, and playing this mod. Hope you enjoy the mod as much as I do! Installation: I suggest you to manually removes any TGA/DDS files inside the 'Override' folder that are using the same name with the files that comes with the mod first. Because if they're on TGA/DDS, the installer can not patch them. But if they were on TPC or you are running a clean install playthrough, you could just run the installer straight-forwardly [TSLPatcher.exe]- as any files with the same name will be backed-up automatically. Uninstallation: Remove the installed files from the 'Override" folder or replaces them with the files stored in the 'Backup' folder [if generated]. Compatibility: Will not be compatible with any mods that using the same name for the assets. This mod perform at best with the vanilla state of the game, particularly with the area textures. As all the assets inside the mod are using vanilla textures that was extracted using the KotOR Tool. Redistribution: You can redistribute this mod or re-release it on any website; you don't have to ask for permission, but I do appreciate all the good intention. Also, if you are planning to use the assets from this mod to a mod you will be developing, don't forget to give credits to BioWare & LucasArts, as inside this mod are their base assets. Anyway, a credit to me is always a welcome, welcome. Credits: DarthParametric for the past-present knowledge which allows me to create any customs for the game. Fred Tetra for the 'amazing' KotOR Tool. bead-v and ndix UR for the MDLedit. ndix UR again, for the tga2tpc. stoffe and Fair Strides for the TSLPatcher setup. All streamers on DeadlyStream which indirectly involved on this project that I couldn't possibly mentioned one by one. All modders either active or inactive. 2. Hi everyone I was wondering if someone could help me out with a little problem. I'm trying to port Kaidon Jorns lightsaber mod that adds Revan's SWTOR lightsaber model for TSL into K1 and I've been following this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtxwmXHsIfQ) but he doesn't go over what to do with hilt mdl/mdx files or how to get them into the game. I wanted to do something like JC's Darksaber and add a unique non-upgradeable lightsaber in game but that's beyond the scope of the video. So if anyone has any tips or a link to a tut that would help me id really appreciate it.

  4. View File Juhani Lightsaber Fix Juhani Lightsaber Fix 1.0 A Mod for Knights of the Old Republic Author- Mellowtron11 Release Date-3/4/2019 Why does Juhani have a red lightsaber in the Dantooine Grove? Going off the older EU canon from back in the day, most red lightsaber crystals were made through the use of making synthetic crystals. So how did Juhani make her lightsaber red, especially in a hostile environment filled with Kath Hounds and Mandalorians?? Since this game was made before the idea of making a lightsaber crystal bleed was canon, this mod aims to fix that. Installation Notes- Drop the Folder’s dan14_juhani.utc file into the override folder. To have the mod take effect, load a save game before entering the Dantooine grove. If you install this mod after entering the Grove, the intended changes will not take effect and this NPC will have its usual loot. Uninstallation- Delete dan14_juhani.utc file from your override folder Changelog 1.0 · Removed the two red lightsabers in her dropable inventory and added a single blue one · Set force points to 60 so Juhani can use her powers more often · Set strength to 14 for a little extra damage · Set Challenge Rating to 5, bringing total XP for killing her to 100 XP at level 9 · Removed all armor proficiencies and guard stance feats from her feats list Known Bugs- This UTC has been tested by myself several times before release. There have been no bugs so far. If you find any, please PM me. Occasionally, Juhani has dropped additional loot like credits and repair kits for some reason. Permissions- Please do not claim credit for this mod or redistribute it without the author’s explicit permission. Thanks- · Bioware, Obsidian and Lucasarts for an amazing pair of RPG games. · Fred Tetra for the Kotor Tool. · TK102 for the K-GFF Tool. · Everyone who downloads and uses the mod. · N-DReW25 for the mod name suggestion. · JCarter426 for pointing out the use of K-GFF Tool to edit inventories instead of KOTOR Tool. · Strategy Wiki and Gamebanshee for stats and items info on the KOTOR series LEGAL NOTICE- THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS, OBISIDIAN, BIOWARE, DISNEY OR ANY SPONSORS OF THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED COMPANIES. Custom 'Animated Revan' Legal Screen 1.1.1 A custom 'animated Revan' legal screen for KotOR in 1920x1080. The animated Revan is not a work of mine, it is a .gif upload by Danny Russell. So all credits to him for doing the hard job! What I do is some edits, convert, and blend the animation with the legal content I made so it can be utilized in-game. This mod is very much inspired by VarsityPuppet's "New Legal Screens for KotOR and TSL 1.0". Installation: Run the Installer [TSLPatcher.exe]. Uninstallation: Delete the said file, or overwrite with the file stored in the Backup folder inside the mod's folder [located at the same level as the 'tslpatchdata' folder]. Compatibility: Should be compatible with anything except other mods which potentially alter the Legal.bik file. Credits: BioWare & LucasArts for the 'Game of the 21st Century'. Danny Russell. All modders either active or inactive. stoffe and Fair Strides for the TSLPatcher setup. Jeff Roberts for the RAD Video Tools. -eb Preview
  7. I was wondering if there is anyway to bring over voice clips of Jaesa, Kira, and Meetra (if she had any?) to use as combat dialogue for female characters in K1 and K2? Voice clips that could be used for things like taking too much damage, unlocking of failing to unlock doors, or just general grunts and taunts that can be used in conjunction with Darth Parametric's head mods.
