Corrected "Open" WAV sounds to be silent as I must have saved the wrong one to the folder.

So what exactly do you remove?

I'll tell you what I understood: When you have a new quest to do, the button that leads to the quests list starts flashing on and off. And with this mod, that flashing disapperas and is being replaced by a sound.

Am I correct?

Thanks. It's nice to have the option to silence them. I tend to play for extended periods, so after a bit, yes, it gets annoying.

This is a must no, a MUST for me. that menu beep thing's been bugging me for so very long. I don't know why they'd put that in both games. It's annoying it really is. Worse it hurts my ears which are sensitive, now I like music and love hearing things like the exile or Revan, or my Sith warrior as she's kicking a** and taking names, or Jaesa darkside, what I don't like is the annoying beeps. And what you've done here Sith Holocron is something very wonderful. So thank you very, VERY much. *CHEERS and gets SH a ton of hot gingersnap cookies fresh from her oven then bows to the wonderful sifu* :) Thank you very, very, very much. And I apologize for ranting about this issue but it's a must have. I don't know what bioware or obsidian were thinking leaving those in.

The gui_open.wav file from this mod is not silenced, it's the same sound as the original. But that's not a beep so it was probably included by mistake.

You didn't mention if this is for KotOR1 or KotOR2, but anyway . . .

Do you see a "OPEN.wav" file in the game folder - that's not the Override folder but the folder that's one tier up with the EXE file.  If you find any WAV files there - such as OPEN, CLICK, HOVER, MAIN, or START - you can move those outside of the game folder.  (I personally recommend the Desktop folder but just make sure it's not in the game's folder.)  Please test that out and check back with me?

I didn't mention it because it's irrelevant, I wasn't talking about an issue in-game. Mod download is "Remove beeps from KOTOR and TSL.rar", inside there's 5 wav files, one of which (gui_open.wav) is just a copy of the original vanilla file, same CRC32 and all.

Updated "gui_open"" with a silent version.
