About This File

The mood was upon me . . .

Here's my second small mod.

Texture for Atris' Sith Holocrons
========================================

MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL RELEASE: 19 JAN 2013
UPDATED RELEASE: 17 JUL 2014
UPDATED RELEASE: 28 FEB 2018

GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords

Description:
------------
Being a stickler for detail, I always been irked about how the Sith Holocrons were represented in Atris' Holocron Chamber in her Secret Academy.

I decided to do something about it.

Installation:
-------------
There are two versions of the holocron now: the original version and the unreleased-until-now animated version. Each version has its own folder. Choose your version's folder and put the 2 files in it into your Override folder. For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 - Extract the TGA file into the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic/Override folder.

Uninstallation:
-------------

Take it out again.

Known Bugs:
-------------

None known at this time.

Released

  • 1.2: Apparently, the text on the base of the holocron was backwards. I've corrected that and also filled in one of the letters that shouldn't have been that way. Updated permissions.

 I thought you could do ANY-THING   ;)

. . .  including mocking you. Which is in this case is much more satisfying.

Sith Holocron. This one could be added to an TSLRCM 1.8.6. it's one that add something interesting and add to the overall scene when the Exile confronts Atris. By the way great content :)

I followed this mod compendium for my KotoR 2 build. The holocrons look like this and aren't animated, and I'm guessing something went wrong. Any other reports of similar happenings?

I'll also be asking the that mod build's author if he has any idea what happened.

This issue can be fixed by changing the file extension of TEL_holo.txt to TEL_holo.txi.

Just double checked and there isn't a TEL_holo.txt in the folder.  Perhaps he was using an older version that I have since corrected?
