what to do if TSL Patcher creates an override folder within the override folder?

Recommended Posts

do I drag the contents of the new override folder into the override folder containing it, or leave it alone, or what?

(I hope I have posted my question to the right sub-forum.)

I may have done this, yes. I used the TSL Patcher but did not where to install the new data. that sounds plausible. I then dragged the contents of the new Override folder into the larger Override folder which already existed in KOTOR Data.

Whether that works or not, depends on the mod itself and the other mods you have installed, but if you didn't need to overwrite anything, you probably are good to go.

When you choose the install directory, it should always be the one with the game executable. That usually does read in the mod's readme (at least in the mods I've used), but not always. It's good to remember, nonetheless.
